We are pleased to offer our service on the following Terms & Conditions: 

Summary 

All India Job Solution organization is doing job recruitment at national level which works to connect the candidate and the company. 

All India Job Solution Organization plays an important role in providing trained candidates as per the human resource or company requirements. 

All India Job Solution completes the interview process of the candidate within 7 to 10 days as per the requirement of the client or company. 

Professional Fees 

• After interviewing the candidate in any company by All India Job Solution organization, if a candidate gets selected for a salary less than Rs 10,000, then that company does not have to pay anything.
• After getting the candidate interviewed in any company by All India Job Solution organization, if a candidate gets selected on a salary of 11000 to 14000, then that company will have to pay Rs 500 to the recruitment agency for each candidate within 30 days.
• After getting the candidate interviewed in any company by All India Job Solution organization, if a candidate gets selected on a salary of 15000 to 21000, then that company will have to pay Rs 1000 to the recruitment agency for each candidate within 30 days.
• After conducting the interview in any company by All India Job Solution organization, if a candidate gets selected on an annual package of Rs 2.5 lakh or more, then the company will have to pay upto 8% of the candidate's annual package to the recruitment agency. This fee can be changed as per the terms and conditions of the company. Whatever fee is decided between the company and the recruitment agency, the company will provide that fee to the recruitment agency in two parts, half of the fee will have to be paid between 30 to 45 days and it is mandatory to pay the remaining amount within 75-90 days.

Payment Terms 

If the candidate is selected after getting the candidate interviewed in a company through All India Job Solution, then that company will have to make payment to the recruitment agency through bank account or UPI, it is mandatory to make the payment transaction as per the terms and conditions of the recruitment agency. 

Mode of Payment 

Payment to be made to our bank account in favour of benificary All India Job Solution. Confirmation of payment may please be made either by mailing the scanned copy of the counterfoil of the deposit or by whatsapp. 

Replacement Policy 

1. If a candidate placed by us at a salary of Rs 11000 to 21000 leaves the service of the company voluntarily within 30 days from the date of joining, we will provide a free replacement.
2. If a candidate placed by us on a package of Rs 2.5 lakh or more voluntarily leaves the service of the company within 90 days from the date of joining, we will provide a free replacement.

• Any dispute arising out of this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kota (Rajasthan).
• A copy of the offer/appointment letter should be sent to All India Job Solutions simultaneously with its issue to the candidate.
• As a token of your acceptance of our terms and conditions as stated above you are requsted to mail us a scanned copy of this document duly signed with seal by a competent officer of your company.
